Casa Brisa sits on a large elevated lot with cool breezes and family friendly vibes. It’s a wonderful place to relax in a rustic rancho and cool off in the saltwater pool after a sunny beach day. Enjoy blue water ocean views and a short walk to a quiet and non-crowded North Pelada beach.

All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms. The master has a Tempurpedic king bed and full bath with dual shower heads, dual sinks, and bath tub. Each of the other two bedrooms have Queen/Twin bunk beds that can be broken down into side by side beds.

The home has an open living room and patio area shared by the kitchen and dining room. The living room is simply furnished and features a Smart TV with Roku. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked. The living area has sizable ceiling fans and sky lights in the kitchen for plentiful natural light. The screened in patio overlooks to pool area and offer plenty of air flow.

The spacious rancho is 30 square meters (323 sq feet) has a large table with 6 chairs and a full length bench, swinging chairs, and comfortable full sized couch for lounging. It features a small outside kitchen area with a sink and gas BBQ grill. A nature inspired outside shower with hot and cold water adorns the rancho. The large salt water swimming pool features a lap lane for swimming across 3 depth levels and 2 fountains in the shallow seating area.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Casa Brisa is located in the quiet neighborhood of Playa Pelada in the A section. Guests can walk to nearby La Garta Lodge to take advantage of spa services or enjoy a cocktail or meal while taking in an amazing view of the ocean, jungle canopy, and Nosara river. Enjoy walking? Take a 10-minute stroll down the hill and through the neighborhood to the tranquil beaches of Playa Pelada or explore the shores of the nearby river, Boca de Nosara.
